Christine G. Rodriguez is a strategic communications consultant with more than 30 years of corporate communications and executive management expertise. She consults with individuals, small, medium and large businesses, and nonprofit organizations. As a partner in JGCG Enterprises, LLC, Rodriguez represents José E. Grijalva – an electrical engineer, ironworker, poet, musician and composer – of Long Beach, CA, in promoting his collection of Spanish-language poems titled, Vivencias Reflejadas©. They have published a book with this title, which is available online at www.authorhouse.com.

Prior to launching her business, Rodriguez served as President and CEO of Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin, a nonprofit educational and community institution connecting innovation, science and technology with exploration, environment and Great Lakes freshwater resources. Prior to her position at Discovery World, Rodriguez was Vice President of State & Community Relations for Rockwell Automation (formerly Rockwell International). Rodriguez is an accomplished public relations and communications professional with expertise in:

Rodriguez holds a bachelor’s degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Communications from University of La Verne, La Verne, Calif.; associate degree in Journalism from Fullerton College, Fullerton, Calif.; Graduate Certificate in Senior Public Relations Management from University of Florida, San Francisco Academy; and Certificate in Corporate Community Involvement from Boston College, Carroll School of Management. Rodriguez is fluent in English and Spanish. She also serves as a board member of several nonprofit and educational organizations.

Rodriguez has received many awards, including: two consecutive years as Hispanic Business Magazine’s Top Elite Hispanic Women (2001 – Top 50; 2002 – Top 80), an honor for women who have earned positions of leadership in business, education and government; The Business Journal’s (Milwaukee) 2002 Women of Influence Award; 2004 Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund’s Leadership Award; 2004 Women Putting Their Stamp on Metro Milwaukee Award – U.S. Postal Service; 2004 Latina Leadership Award for Wisconsin – National Foundation for Women Legislators, Inc.
